Job responsibilities:

1. Participate in the company's business and product planning, organize the formulation and implementation of supporting technical plans, and ensure the technical reliability and timeliness of product delivery in combination with the company's R&D project process.
2. Based on industry research and analysis and the company's product strategy, conduct core technology research and research within one year to control market opportunities and improve the company's technical competitiveness;
3. According to the product R&D plan and R&D budget management, carry out product solution selection, optimization, cost reduction and efficiency improvement, save R&D costs, achieve controllability of R&D expenses, and promote the smooth implementation of R&D projects;
4. Responsible for the guidance and empowerment of the company's R&D system, and formulate the company's R&D management system;
5. Based on the current and future needs of the business, do a good job in deploying troops (identification/selection, attraction/assimilation, appointment/allocation, training/development), continuously improve the overall combat effectiveness of the department and the quality of result delivery, and continuously have talents emerge;
6. Coordinate the investment review, assessment and incentive mechanism of the company's R&D projects.

Job requirements:

1. Have the ability to innovate and build a system in R&D organization, and have the ability to improve R&D efficiency and IPD process reform is preferred.
More than 2 or 5 years of experience in equipment product research and development, and more than 3 years of senior management experience in the company;

3. Refrigeration-related professional background (required)
