Job Responsibilities:

1. Customer experience in automobiles, new energy, lithium batteries, third-party testing institutions, 3C electronics and other industries, understand and analyze customer organizational structure, and find relevant decision-makers;
2. Establish stable customer relationships, deeply analyze customer needs, and do a good job in promoting products on the client.
3. Undertake the business needs put forward by customers, provide customers with the most suitable technical solutions, track and close the deal;
4. Responsible for the technical promotion, publicity and conference support of the company's products, docking and coordinating the work of various departments of the company to ensure the smooth development of the project;
5. Collect, organize and feedback market data and the advantages and disadvantages and usage of related competitors, and grasp the intention of strategic cooperation;
6. Jointly promote product research and development with product and R&D technology departments;
7. Promote the optimization and cost reduction of the company's internal products.

Qualifications:

1. College degree or above, engineering background, instrumentation, thermal control, testing, refrigeration and other majors are preferred;
2. Work experience in equipment sales and reliability testing related positions is preferred.
3. Have experience in key account development and management, and be familiar with the process and methods of key customer marketing;
4. Accurately identify customer needs and project opportunities, and coordinate internal and external resources for product sales;
5. Good communication and coordination skills, with experience in major customer parallel and project management.
